Dada is an accomplished meditation-yoga teacher and has given lectures and workshops throughout the world. Dada Veda is also an unusual singer-songwriter, and a social worker as well. I have been doing P90x and I'm in Phase 2 now and feeling great. I have only missed 1 workout and that was yoga and I don't plan on missing any more p90x workouts for the rest of the 90 days and beyond... My wife has seen really good results, she has lost about 2 inches off her waist and starting to feel in shape as well.
