The lads go through colins stuff to descover he's an army deserter, later moxey & barry hear strange noises on the site and alert the lads, however after a hazardous chase the discover its colin who eventually gives the real story, next morning barry arrive back after being missing all night reveals that he was arrested under suspicion of being a vandal and his unshaven appearance working against him

Episode 8. The lads have a good beer and sing song and colin the hiychiker tries to steal barries bike but is disturbed by doctor legg the barman. Back at the site Oz wearing his sunday best finds the site vandals but upon chasing them he trips and ends up with red paint all over him. Next day when the lads go fishing they bump into colin whose been sleeping rough so dennis gives him his room key but barry suggests that dennis trust in colin might be somewhat misguided

The crime is reported and dennis and called to the managers office and a furious dennis arrives back at the site monday morning but when oz reveals his wind up phone call to dennis he loses the plot

Episode 7. While barry and wayne are going through town wayne meets 2 swedish air hostesses in the back of a cab and as the cab drives off they attempt to follow it but only end up in a pond but notice the girls arrive at a hotel. At the same hotel dennis meets dagmar to spend the night. Nev tells oz about wayne and barrys plan to return to the same hotel to try and pull the air hostesses so Oz calls the hotel with a false request for wayne to go to a hotel room
