Video Performance Installation: the Venezuelan flag is painted on the upper torso of the model while the USA Flag is painted on the lower area of the body, reversing not only the geographical position in the global map, but also emphasizing the importance of Venezuela's oil & the USA's dependence on it. The Music playing in the background explains the only thing both nations share and have in common. " A delirious, farsante, liar, hopeful dreamer as a leader who may promise instant solutions to our problems; but in reality that leader is only a monument that stands to ignorance." A good business man that distracts the nation as he builds a dictator ship or tries to keep Immigrants out, making himself look as the savior of a Nation while living an extravagant life.

Come lick, bite or suck from this brown body suit that I am wearing today wherever you want, but give me a few minutes of your time to share with you my bitter-sweet experiences in the pursuit of my USA Dream. The M-2 space at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago was the venue to a collaborative performance effort. As viewers approached my performance area some of them were in shock to find me covered in chocolate, whipped cream, fruit, and other types of food. Some of them licked, observed, and took what they wished from my body. As they where taking, I was sharing the different sweet and bitter experiences I had confronted in the Land of the Free in pursuit of my USA dream.

Video Installation The project analyzes the human behavior of consumerism, and allows me to plant questions in the childrens minds as we consume the avocados: how much do we consume? How much do we waste? How much do we invest replacing the sources? The replacement takes place as soon as the avocados are consume; the children then prepare the seeds in order to grow future trees, document the growth of the trees through drawings and writing observations. I am teaching intercity children to plants avocado trees, taking in consideration the difference that take place in the growing process of the trees, analyzing the differences and similarities in the process, then we try to apply this observations in to their on growing experiences, growing in a different country among children from different countries and racial background

Video Installation The Video was treated with a visual effect to make it seam old and decayed, symbolic of the many years of perpetual sexual abuse and decadence in the Catholic Church, all the sanctify priest can see is a nude man representing a Christ of desire.

The work was a criticism on the policies of recycling at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Even when in each building there were recycling containers and the material was picked up once a week, the policy was moot. The school seemed to act on the premise of a politically correct attitude, missing the opportunity of becoming an instrument that truly embraces recycling. A gala event that took place at the Museum of the Art Institute if Chicago, a group of three artists accompany me to explore the task of sewing our bodies together with invisible material. A choreographed hand, body movement, and a simple see-through costume accentuate the beauty of the performance. The viewers indulge in a surreal experience with the work. The sound moves through the halls of the museum creating an echo, a sound that stimulated our bodies to arise, and simulate the dragging of one member of the group with the invisible material. We follow the drum sound, and find different spaces throughout the museum, collapse, and perform our choreographed sewing task throughout the evening.

The two video projections used within this work create a dialog.  The first video projection is a performance installation by the artist asuming the role of a priest and one of his young man posing as a victim. As I look for a Savior, I reflect. The work is a social commentary on the events that where discused and that sensationalized by the media in the year 2000 but which remain hushed after that. This piece gives the viewer an opportunity for dialog: Is this a dream? A desire? Or the painful reality of pedophilia (child abuse)  The second video projection is a performance by Reverend John, a former Roman Catholic priest and now a minister of the Methodist church. His performance reflects his letting go of Roman Catholicism and his movement into the Methodist faith that permits ministers to marry and welcomes gays and lesbians into the full life of the congregation, including ministry.  The sound, color and composition of the images in both projections are joined using an...

This series of introspective video installations represent several years of work. Welcome to the United State of America, as the video unfolds, the viewer is invited to think and compare the difference between a Capitalist and Communist nation. Mouse traps are set to attract immigrants in to a system where they work hard for a minimum wage and use the little that is left of the salary to bite in to a culture that drives you to surround yourself with plastic objects. There are references to the 2000 election when a child was elected to rule the country. Red book symbolizing a no child left behind police that have left the nation with the higher percentage of uneducated people. Red soldiers represent the child personal Christian crusade to spread democracy around the world. The forest has been sacrificed to print mass media that keep us un-inform. The red hangers on the thin thread represent the masses as they hang and struggle for survival. Who has the last word the Right wing...
