This is a fix I found somewhere, and I wanted to share it with you. Go into this path: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\(your account name)\team fortress 2\tf find the file: tf2_playerstats.dmx and rename it to anything. i did tf2.dmx and launh tf2 again it should work this time!
