Obama promised a tax cut for the middle class, defined as those making less than $250,000 a year. Then, in an ad, he said those making less than $200,000 would get a tax cut. Then Biden said the middle class were those making less than $150,000 a year. Previously Obama had defined those making more than $97,000 a year as the "upper class"...
