"One" was the first Metallica song for which a music video was created. The music video, directed by Bill Pope and Michael Salomon, debuted on MTV on January 20, 1989. The video is almost entirely in black & white, and features the band performing the song in a warehouse. It features dialogue and several scenes from the 1971 film adaptation of Johnny Got His Gun. Timothy Bottoms can be seen starring as Joe Bonham, the main character in the novel.
Metallica bought the rights to Johnny Got His Gun so they would be able to use it exclusively for the video for "One". Three versions of the "One" music video were made - the first (the longest, album version) contained scenes of both the band and scenes from the movie. The second was simply a shortened version of the first and the third contained only the band performing the song (without any scenes from the movie).Unlike many other heavy metal videos of the era, which focused on the costumes or settings,One is done rather simply.

"Guerrilla Radio" is the second track from the 1999 album The Battle of Los Angeles by the band Rage Against the Machine. The band won the Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance for this song. It has remained one of their signature tracks, along with Bulls on Parade and Killing in the Name off Evil Empire and their debut album respectively. "Guerrilla Radio" was also featured on the popular skateboarding game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. It is their highest charting single.
The song was covered by lounge/comedy group Richard Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine, whose band name also spoofs Rage. In April 2007, Alanis Morissette covered [1] live. It is worth nothing that Rage Against The Machine's Evil Empire bumped her debut album Jagged Little Pill from the number one spot on the Billboard 200 back in 1996.
On July 2007, the song's video for "Guerrilla Radio" was ranked #45 on MuchMusic's 50 Most Controversial Videos for extreme amounts of profanity.
The video appears to be a...

"Bullet in the Head" was a single released by political rapcore band Rage Against the Machine from their self-titled album in 1992. A fan favourite and one of the debut album's heaviest tracks, "Bullet in the Head" refers to the band's belief that the government uses media to control the population, drawing comparisons between typical residences and Alcatraz.
Along with one of the band's most well known and embraced breakdown riffs, the song features many innovative guitar techniques executed by Tom Morello which heavily utilise a Digitech Whammy pitch shifter and Wah-wah pedal. During the verses, Morello picks the open D and G strings on his guitar whilst having the Digitech Whammy in the open (furthest) position resulting in the pitch being raised by 2 octaves. This creates the DJ-Sampling type sounds heard in the verse. Not as often heard is an unusual sound being made this is believed to be Morello picking a natural harmonic on his guitar and then raising the pitch of it with a...
