*READ: Muted Audio........again. That's getting kind of old now. Anyway, the song pretty much makes this video, so please watch at divshare link: http://www.divshare.com/download/5981881-3e8 Okay. My blades have officially lost their minds. They wobble around a frightening amount and refuse to tighten. I single-handedly snapped a screwdriver head before I got on the ice, trying to tighten them, but nothing would make them go. Even three turns were epic failures... ...so I obviously decided that today would be a good day to try double axels.....? Yeah. They're not very good, because I was trying as hard a possible to make them look like over rotated axels so I didn't get yelled at for being crazy. :P But they were okay. Axels were fine, other than the fact that every time I landed one my blade would lurch around underneath me and send my flying to the ice. Same for 2toes and 2sals and 2flips. I landed the first 2lutz I attempted today! :D So ignore the crazy falls. Blame the blades. At the end of the video (2:22 onwards) I have included some nice "OMG my blades are falling off" moments, which happened a lot on single lutzes. :D The bandage on my arm is because I hurt my elbow when I skated last Monday. Other than that......yeah. I don't think I have anything else to say, actually. Enjoy! Oh. Wait. I have more to say. The jumps at 1.18 weren't supposed to be double axel attempts. They were over rotated axels that ended up feeling more and more like double attempts, and that's what made me decide to try some doubles.
