[AN: last chapter =( ] Chapter 51- "Joe, I thought you left." Joe came inside, closer to Stephanie: so close she could feel his heart beating. "Now, how could I leave without saying goodbye?" Joe smiled his beautiful smile that Stephanie almost didn't get to see. Then, she noticed he was a little out of breath. "Joe, are you ok?" "Yah, I just ran all the way here." "From where?" "My tour bus." Stephanie laughed. "Joe, why didn't you just have them drop you off?" "Because I'm Superman, here to save the girl that I love." Stephanie smiled and then looked up at Joe. "Joe, I need to tell you something. I have been trying to tell you this for a long time, but every time I go to say it, something interrupts me. I'm not letting that happen this time, so I'm just going to say it. Joe, I..." Dianne came into the room from upstairs. "Steph, you're phone is ringing. Oh hi Joe." "Hi Mrs. Banks." Dianne smiled and then looked back at Stephanie. "Are you going to answer it. "Mother, I am in the middle of something here, just tell them to hold on." "Ok, I'll just get your phone so you can call back." Dianne walked back upstairs. "You were saying?" Stephanie looked back at Joe. "I swear I'm cursed." Joe laughed and then looked at Stephanie with hopeful eyes. "Anyways, I was going to say, Joe: I love you." She finally got it out: she was so relieved. Stephanie watched the expression on Joe's face go from a smile to a very serious look. "I have been waiting to hear that for so long." Stephanie smiled and saw Joe smile back. "I've felt this way for a long time, but I was too scared to say anything. When I saw you punch Ryan: it was the greatest thing ever. He deserved it and I'm glad you did it." Joe laughed and then he remembered seeing Ryan walk out just minutes before. "Why was Ryan here?" "It's amazing: that punch must have screwed up something in his head cuz he's changed. He checked himself into rehab." "Woah! My punches have magical powers?!" Stephanie laughed. "I guess so Superman." Joe smiled and then looked down at Stephanie. "So, Lois Lane, what's your next move?" Stephanie looked up at Joe and smiled. She leaned in to kiss him, but then Dianne showed up with Stephanie's phone. "Steph, it keeps ringing. Please, just answer it." Stephanie rolled her eyes, flipped open the phone and didn't bother to say hi. "I'm sorry, I'm about to kiss Joe Jonas, your call will have to wait." Stephanie closed her phone and threw it on the couch. Joe smiled, but his smile was cut short by a long and passionate kiss from Stephanie. When they finally pulled apart breathless, but with smiles on their faces, they heard clapping behind them. Joe and Stephanie looked out the still open door and saw Nick, Kevin, and the rest of the Jonas family standing in front of the tour bus. They were applauding. Everyone had been waiting to see that kiss for a long time. Joe and Stephanie smiled back at each other, and then Stephanie's smile fell. Even after this amazing moment, she still had to say goodbye to Joe. Joe gave her a hug and one last kiss. "See you soon." He winked and then ran to get back on the tour bus. After everyone was on, the bus pulled away. Stephanie looked as it drove out of her neighborhood and out of her life for the next few months. Then, her phone rang again. She sighed and then answered it. "I love you." Stephanie smiled: Joe was so perfect.
