underneath videos

This is a time elapsed video of a mural I painted on my bedroom wall. There was an existing painting I started underneath it, as well as many other layers of paint from over the years. As you will see, the frame rate is not the same through out the entire video. The song is called "Heartbeats" by the Swedish duo The Knife.

I decided to remove one item after another in Vermeer's Geographer just for fun, but then the project turned analytical, into one that answered the question, "Are the two scrolls resting on the floor underneath the cabinet or in front of it?" In the process, I had to reconstruct the lower portion of the cabinet based on Vermeer's use of perspective. It was one point. I discovered that the scrolls are underneath. I wonder if this might be a significant discovery to some art historians.

This is a very funny game my family played with our dog since he was a puppy. We called it the mouse game, put our hand underneath his bed and tell him its a mouse, he has no idea what a real mouse looks like, and he digs like crazy to try and get it. It was really late at night, and we didnt want to wake anyone up, so we couldnt laugh loud....I guess this is my muffled sounding laugh.
