Police shoot unarmed man in the back in San Francisco on New Years eve.. The man, who had a 4 year old daughter died seven hours later. The man, prior to his being restrained, was witnessed sitting with his back to the wall, pleading not to be tasered. 22 other people were handcuffed and arrested.
