Call of Duty 4, Avoiding the foot patrol in the mission 'All Ghilled Up'...the easier way.... This is a video I made about avoiding the foot petrol without having to sneak around and stick your face up MacMillian's bum all the time. I found the strategy because, for some reason every time I went RIGHT behind him, we would still get detected. So enough is enough and I thought I would share this with you.
