The fire was opened from the Russian occupied village of Khelchua. Luckily, no one has been injured or killed. Locals say the separatists shot from the grenade gun. Reportedly, the offenders were targeting the police office in Mereti village, however, the missed it. The shells have damaged only a nearby building.
