Yoga teachers practice finding lightness in inversions, arm balances, and acroyoga. Jordan bases Clayton in variations of candlestick, as Clayton gets his bearings as a flyer. Hannah pikes into and out of handstand. Tricia floats to headstand and works on astavakrasana to flying split. Clayton floats to handstand then almost floats back down into crow pose. Tricia works one leg back behind her in a firefly variation.

this is my aerobics team we didnt make it to nationals but thats ok because it was just heaps of fun! we were the team that when we tried to be serious we ended up doing cartwheels and handstands instead, i dont think anyone thought that we could even make it to state finals but we did thanks to our coach Kat and everyone else in my team bronte, kara, tiff, courtney, sam, sarah, emily and me! =]
