On December 2, 2008, if the spoilers are correct, we will hear Tracy Quartermaine tell Luke Spencer that their "marriage" is over. Oh, how I hope that is true and remains true. I've never believed they were truly married in the first place, and I don't believe my heart ever will. As Luke said in the 1983 return: "Laura is my wife! First. Last. Always!" That pretty much sums it up for me. My attention turned back to those two glorious days in November of 1981 when Laura Webber Baldwin married Lucas Lorenzo Spencer. I'm sure everyone has heard the question: Where were you when John Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Robert Kennedy and John Lennon were shot? The same is true if you were to ask people if they remember where they were when Luke and Laura got married. In the overall scheme of things, it seems ludicrous that a moment in Daytime Televsion history could be in the same category as such significant historical events.
