This battle is actually pretty hard if the player's not prepared, as they spam their dual and triple techs, and Delta Force deals quite a lot of damage. I recommend using Magus for his Barrier Spell to reduce the damage of Delta Force as Crono/Lucca/Robo use Luminaire/Flare/Electrocute on all 3 enemies, and have Ayla charm their unique items, and using Dino Tail when she's at around 300 HP for a good amount of damage. As for healing, use Lapis items or Robo's Heal Beam.
