a cool patch I found on my casio...

The main inspiration for this is the new camera I got that does sweet slomo. Over this year Ive collected a number of nice clips so I thought I should put something together with them. Im happy with how it turned out. The feel of the vid really captures what I love about freerunning and the friends Ive made through it. No, not everyone will like it. It takes a more patient mindset, so try to sit back and enjoy it. BTW Sorry if you feel left out! I didn't have clips of everyone. And yes most of the clips are of me, it is my cam. Also this is part of a larger vid Im making which includes non-freerunning slomo clips and is broader in scope. But for now, enjoy!

I recorded the music using Reason 4.0 - and my CASIO WK-110 keyboard. I used Adobe Audition CS3 to record my voice. Finaly project put together with Windows Movie Maker.
