In this session, Clem offers several tips including the use of the inexpensive leather halter to provide a safe way to control the horses in the event of a barn fire. Then Clem goes on to demonstrate how to train the horse to safely enter and exit the stall. Through convincing the horse it won't be hurt in the process, the horse is less likely to rush through the doorway, possibly injuring itself or a handler.
