This is the story: I was board in my physics class when I noticed some rubber tube coiled on a shelf. This is a 1969 Mahagony Fender Stratbody which is very rare. I bought it via an ad in the local paper for about 30€. My very able friends at the Munich Repair Shop fitted it with a VERY expensive scalloped Birdseye Maple Neck by Warmoth. I had it painted sonic blue in reverence to the Sonic Blue Strats the Beatles used on Rubber Soul. Did I ever mention being a diehard Beatles fanatic. The Beatles are why I became a Guitarist, The Beatles made me practice hard and George Harrison was my FIRST guitar hero. I used to think:"Will I be ever as fast as him!"The amp is a 1972 100 w Marshall with the Vox Brian May amp as treble booster. The Pickups are standard Fender 57/62 single coils and sound real good, boys and Girls.
