What would you think if you seen this. The guy must have been a real threat since the Officer got off the horse.... NOT!!! This was seen by about 15 people I think it is crazy how this cop reacted to the situation! Remember.... This could be you or your girlfriend one day!!! What I did not get on cam was the officer dragging a female by her hair just b4 this!!!! NOT RESTRAINING HER by holding her hair and waiting for back up that was there in less then 30 seconds but by dragging the girl literally down the side with no regard for bystanders and almost hitting my friends, myself and anyone that was walking or standing there. If you can make it out, at the end of the clip, he said "she's not going to talk to me like that". WOW, careful what you say and don't walk toward a cop on a horse in Ybor City in Tampa or you might just land on your Back Pockets!
